Why we exist
PAJE's mission is to promote, support and build the capacity of young people in order to foster their socio-economic integration and their contribution to the development of their communities.
Our team
Founder & President
An entrepreneur, author, trainer and advocate for raising awareness, he initiates and develops high-impact projects in entrepreneurship, economic development and training. His vision is to help build a generation of young leaders able to innovate, create value, and take a lasting part in national and African development.
Founder of Senan Création • Head of Administration and Finance (DAF)
Passionate about creation and innovation, she works across graphic design, screen printing, drawing, painting, calligraphy, sculpture, general IT, administrative and financial management, and mentoring young entrepreneurs. Her goal: to design creative, professional solutions that showcase ideas, businesses and talent.
Head of Organization, Training and Capacity Building (DOFRC)
A forestry controller, he brings an engineer's rigor to PAJE's internal organization. He structures training programs, oversees the recruitment and skills development of mentors, and ensures every cohort of young entrepreneurs receives methodical, consistently high-quality support.
Head of External Relations and Partnerships (DREP)
An agronomist specializing in crop production, he puts his technical expertise at the service of young agricultural project holders. He builds and maintains PAJE's strategic partnerships with outside institutions and organizations, while directly supporting producers in improving their practices and yields.
